Source the Latest Healthcare Technology at the Africa Health 2017!
Till today many people across Africa, particularly in rural and remote areas, barely have access to basic healthcare provision. Other problems include widespread diseases such as Malaria, HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis, insufficient medical education, lack of funds and basic medical equipment, among others. Improvement of such facilities can be difficult due to social unrest and war. However, many investments have been made throughout the past decades to improve living and healthcare in affected countries across the African continent.
The annual Africa Health Exhibition & Congress will gather approxmately 9,300 industry peers and 540 local and international exhibitors from 62 countries to share their latest scientific and technical breakthroughs. This year, we are exhibiting at the 7th Africa Health Exhibition and Congress in South Africa. We at KUGEL medical have designed a BASIC line that aims to improve medical diagnostics, standards and treatments in Africa and other continents. The BASIC line includes anatomy and autopsy tables for medical education at universities, grossing tables for any kind of diagnostic work in the fields of pathology and histology as well as morgue refrigeration units for tropical environments and lift and transport trucks for deceased. "The BASIC line is characterized by easy and reliable solutions at economic prices without impairing the typical KUGEL medical quality MADE IN GERMANY which we are known for around the world. We take our participation as opportunity to strengthen our business relations with our partners in Africa and to establish new contacts to improve healthcare provision in Africa. All of our solutions are made of stainless steel due to the fact that it is sturdy, durable and easy to keep sterile. Independently of a particular product line, all of our solutions distinguish themselves by their ease of use, high reliability and the fact that they are virtually maintenance-free. Our grossing table GrossPath GP-1500, for example, works with integrated permanganate carbon filters that purify contaminated air in laboratories when slicing histological tissue specimen which subsequently leads to reduced overheads by up to 30% due to the fact that this kind of working table does not have to be connected to an on-site ventilation system like most other grossing tables", explains Robert Karl, CEO at KUGEL medical.
"Not only the fact that the Africa Health does contribute to medical education and improvement through the exhibition and the CPD accredited conferences themselves but also the fact that all conference registration fees are donated to local charities have convinced us to participate in the Africa Health 2017.", adds Claudia Karl, CFO at KUGEL medical.
