Depending on the model, you can choose from individual formalin faucets that can be mounted to an existing KUGEL medical grossing station to a fully automated formalin supply unit with a central pipeline system. Formalin dispensing system – the smallest solution for formalin supply: The formalin dispensing system comprises of a membrane liquid pump with controllable flow rate from approximately 0.5 to 1.0 liters/minute. This type of formalin dispensing system can be installed to a grossing station. Scope of delivery includes connection unit with foot pedal, formalin faucet made of stainless steel as well as a 10 liters tank. Optionally, a sensor level unit for used formalin is available at an extra charge. Formalin dispensing system FDS-760W: The closed system serves to store and dispense formalin solutions. Contaminated air is being vacuumed away backwards throughout the entire working area to guarantee optimal removal of harmful vapors. Additionally, MAK (maximum allowable concentration) values for formalin are being significantly underscored in the working area. The system must be connected to a site-mounted ventilation system. Variable quantities of formalin are dispensed through a foot pedal. Central supply station for formalin, alcohol and xylol: We offer a central supply station for easy, fast und safe dispensing of formalin, xylol and alcohol. Several faucets are mounted to a special working table to dispense the respective liquid. Contaminated air is being constantly vacuumed away downwards and backwards in order to guarantee that MAK (maximum allowable concentration) value are underscored throughout the entire working area and to prevent formation of flammable alcohol/xylol vapors. Additionally, a plexi glass cover serves for optimal air flow. Fully automated Formamix formalin mixing and dispensing AFMDS-100: The Formamix is a fully automated solution to reduce the contact between lab staff and formalin to a minimum and to subsequently also reduce the contamination of laboratories with harmful vapors. Thanks to its compact design, the Formamix is also suitable for small laboratories. All operations are controlled through one single surface. The integrated microprocessor enables you to safe and recall your settings at any time. The formalin solution is diluted in a 100 liters tank and can be either dispensed directly at the station or transported to several remote working stations that can be up to 200 meters away.
